Continuous Training for Leaders of the Public Sector

We have more than once cooperated with “Sėkmės laboratorija”, thus we could bravely state that this partnership has been of great value to our agency. We have participated in several trainings conducted by Ritoldas Narmontas.   

The first training we participated in were the training “Effective Leadership Formula”. I would consider it as a background aiming to become a perfect leader. Due to a lot of practical tasks and clear and inspirational presentation of the topic the colleagues still remember the training as the most interesting and useful one. The knowledge gained help to find the best solutions out of situations which occur at work while solving problems and organizing the team’s work.   

We have had an opportunity to participate in other training too: “Formula for Effective Instruction (Coaching)” and “Power of Positive Relations at the Organization and Effective Employee Performance Appraisal Interview”. In these trainings our managers have found answers to many questions, which arise at work: how to properly talk to an employee during the training interview, how to effectively moderate an employee appraisal interview, how to ensure an employee with a qualitative feedback.  

We are very happy to have had an opportunity to cooperate with “Sėkmės laboratorija”. The provided benefit is still felt, as we apply the knowledge gained at our practical activity. Dear all, we most sincerely thank you!
