Training for Leaders of the Civil Service

I am very glad that public servants – a group of department managers from the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Lithuania have had an opportunity to participate in two days training “Effective Leadership Formula” conducted by the trainer Ritoldas Narmontas, the leader of “Sėkmės laboratorija”. The participants have evaluated the training as one of the best they happened to take part in recently.

While imparting the knowledge Ritoldas is able to engage and to enchant the audience, thus, the training conducted by him achieve the result. Due to the trainer’s professionalism and experience the training was not only interesting but also useful as the managers of the departments successfully apply the gained knowledge and formed skills at their work.
